MyLife employs Quality Officers in all our larger branches. This is a role that we have created, and it’s not standard in the care sector; we believe that quality is such a vital aspect of our service that we employ someone dedicated to ensuring everything is in place for a quality care driven environment.

The responsibility of the Quality Officer is to ensure that the quality of our care service is second to none. The Quality Officer’s role includes developing, reviewing and updating each support plan, ensuring that staff are trained and supported in their role and ensuring all aspects of our service meet the highest of quality standards.

MyLife also has its own internal quality audit every year in addition to Care Quality Commission inspections.
