Looking for home care and assistance for a parent or another family member can be a daunting process.  You want to be reassured that you have made the right decision in choosing someone to take care of the people who matter to you.

At MyLife, we work with regulatory compliance and by using ‘the mum test’ we ask MyLife Assistants to always think about whether the care they are providing to your loved one is good enough for their mum and to always keep that in mind.

Each member of the MyLife team receives all the training required to carry out their work to the highest standards, enabling and empowering them to perform their role with professionalism and confidence. They receive additional training to meet national standards, their own career wishes and for specific customer needs.

MyLife believes that there is absolutely no reason why people shouldn’t be able to choose to live in their own home during the whole care and support needs pathway; from home assistance for light help and companionship, through to more complex and end of life care. By offering the full lifecycle of support, we aim to provide the reassurance that you will never need to face the daunting task of selecting another care provider.

“Thank you so much for all that you do. Without your help, my Mum would not be able to live in her home or maintain a level of independence which is so precious to her. Many, many thanks.”

Outstanding carers

MyLife Living Assistants, Live-in Carers, and Healthcare Assistants are all carefully selected based upon their previous experience as well as their ability to help people feel at ease, comfortable, and be able to treat those in their care with dignity and respect.

MyLife is managed by an experienced senior team who have been working for many years in support service businesses, some of whom began many years ago as a Care Worker and progressed to running branches, regions and then Director level leadership. The management team is dedicated to providing the very best service and are always in touch with the needs of the front line of the business.

Everyone has a real passion for the success of MyLife, and this means providing the very best service to our customers.

In addition to being inspected by the Care Quality Commission, MyLife conducts its own internal annual audits, as well as employing the role of Quality Officer in each of our locations. The Quality Officer takes care of each and every care plan, ensures employment records and training is up to date, and that the branch operates a reliable and safe service.

Your MyLife service can begin as soon as you need it to. We understand that sometimes a home assistance service is required immediately and we will strive to achieve this for you.
